Once plans and inclusions have been finalised and approved.  A final fixed price contract will be presented to you to provide to your financial lender.

Depending on the size and complexity of your home, will determine how long it will take to complete construction.  Factors such as weather and variations can delay progress. Generally, your home can be completed in 6 to 9 months.
